Function Room Hire

IWAA’s head office at 11 Watland, St Springwood, QLD has a large hall for hire that is suitable for functions such as weddings, parties and seminars.

  • $350 – Hall Hire Bond
  • $600 – All-Day Hall Hire
  • $650 – All-Day Hall Hire (w/ Audio Equipment Usage)
  • $350 – Non-For-Profit Hall Hire (Certificate Of Proof Needed)
  • $100 – Black Chair Covers
  • $300 – 15 White Table Clothes (Includes Dry Cleaning)
  • $100 – White Chair Covers
  • $100 – Crockery And Cutlery
  • $200 – Kitchen Hire For Cooking (By A BYO Certified Chef)
  • FREE – 15 Black Table Clothes
  • FREE – 5 Foldable Tables

Once a ‘Venue Hire Application Form’ is received, IWAA will confirm the booking via email within seven (7) working days. If you do not receive a confirmation after seven (7) working days, please contact us on (07) 3208 6333. If you believe that your organisation is eligible for a discounted rate based on Not-For-Profit (NFP) organisation status, you are required to attach your ATO Certificate with your venue hire application form.

At the conclusion of the hire, the facility will be inspected for any damage. Extra cleaning expenses caused by the hirer will result in a deduction of their bond. The hirer will acknowledge in the Hall Hire Agreement that it is their responsible for leaving the premises in its original condition and they are liable for any damage caused whilst on premises.
