We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our Salam Safe House team. This rewarding role provides specialist, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health support to women and young children who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV).

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver therapeutic counselling, psychosocial support, risk assessment, safety planning, and service coordination to support women on their journey toward safety, recovery, and wellbeing.

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women affected by violence while contributing to an integrated and person-centred service response.
