IWAA’s hall is a large venue available at 11 Watland Street, Springwood. The hall provides a commercial kitchen, bathroom facilities, a stage, AV equipment and reserve cycle air conditioning. It has a maximum capacity of 110 people.

Do you provide tables and chairs? 

Yes. We have 13 round tables and five rectangular tables available. We also have 110 chairs. 

What is in your commercial kitchen? 

  • Stove: gas cooktop with six burners & large combi steamer electric oven 
  • Double door drinks fridge 
  • Hot water urn 

Can we host a wedding at your venue? 

Yes, we regularly host weddings, parties and seminars. 

How do we access the hall? 

Our hall is located at 11 Watland Street, Springwood. This is the head office for IWAA so entry is via our reception. 

How do I book the hall? 

Please contact us on 07 3208 6333 or admin@iwaa.org.au to make a booking. You will receive a Venue Hire Application form via email. Once we have received a completed form, we will confirm the booking with you. 

Do you offer NFP discount? 

If you believe that your organisation is eligible for a discounted rate based on Not-For-Profit (NFP) organisation status, you are required to attach your ATO Certificate with your venue hire application form.
